How do I view my order history?

All records of orders are kept in Hot shop. Please reference previous requisitions for order history.

Shopping
How do I cancel an order?

As long as the order has not been shipped you may request cancellation by calling 1-800-729-9050.

Will I receive an order confirmation email after I place an order in Hotshop?

You will not receive order confirmation after you place an order. You will however receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the items you ordered have been shipped.

What if I change my mind about items in my shopping cart prior to placing my order?

You may update your order by adjusting the quantity of any of the items in your shopping cart. You may also remove items from your cart by clicking on the View Cart button and then clicking on the delete button next to the item you would like to remove.

How do I place an order?

  • Place products in your shopping cart by selecting the number of items and the appropriate size you want and then click on "Add to Cart".
  • When you're ready to purchase, click "Check Out".
  • Complete checkout in the Hotshop system

Why wasn't my order shipped as soon as it was placed?

In-stock merchandise is normally shipped out of our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is on back order or the order was placed over a weekend or holiday, shipment will be delayed.

Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

No, when ordering through Hot shop each order should be associated with one delivery location.

How long will it take to get the items that I ordered?

All items are sent via ground shipping. Please refer to the chart below for expected time to delivery.

AL, GA & parts of FLA= 1 day

NC, PA, and most parts of FLA = 2 days.

IA, MN, MO & TX = 2-3 days depending on the zip code territory or UPS zip code zone within that state

ID, WA & UT = 5 Days

Returns
Can I return items ordered from HPI?

At this time, we are not processing any returns for merchandise. If there is an incorrect order placed, please keep for future use at your store.
